About Us

The Utah Leadership Training Academy (ULTrA) is the dream of Colonel Chris Lamoureux, US Army (Retired). After nearly 30 years in the Army, it’s time to give back to the community. He and his team are happy to go to the most remote regions of the state in order to train, teach, guide, facilitate, and mentor at extremely reasonable prices.

Besides a plethora of experience and certifications which can be read in his biography, Chris is an instructor for the State of Utah – Certified Public Manager^® Program and as been a guest instructor for the University of Utah and Southern Utah University. In addition, ULTrA is contracted with the Utah Leadership Institute to provide training, educational programs, coaching, and consulting to departments and organizations in Utah State government.
